## What we collect
When you send the enquiry form we keep what you type, together with the language of the form and the IP address the request came from:
- name and company
- country or city, and the volume you need
- your role and preferred Incoterm
- email address and, if you give it, a WhatsApp number
- your message
Why we keep it To price your enquiry, answer it and follow it up — nothing else. We do not sell or rent your details. Where a shipment requires it, only the necessary data goes to the forwarder and the customs broker handling your order.
How long Enquiries stay in our records while the commercial relationship is open, and at most three years after the last contact. You can ask us to delete yours earlier.
## Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies:
- language preference, so the site opens in the language you chose
- on your first visit, your IP address is checked once against a country-lookup service (ipwho.is) so the site opens in your local language
- first-visit source (campaign tag or referring site), so we know which market a request came from
